Trinity’s church staff administers the various programs
and congregational ministries.
Trinity has begun the intensive process to call a new
pastor. Our Interim Pastor,
Alicia
Thompson-Summers will be with us until the
search is complete, helping to guide us in our efforts
to define our mission and goals. back
Trinity Lutheran Church has two very
dedicated people who support the Music
Ministry. Mr.
Don McClure performs as the
congregational organist and is responsible
for the music in our Sunday morning
services.
Mr. John
Hopkins directs our Bell Choir,
and the African Marimba players and
provides contemporary music for our special
services.
Mr. McClure is an accomplished
organist who accompanies the majority of the
worship services in the schedule of the
congregation. Don also directs our
Adult Choir which sings at our 10:30
worship service and arranges for special
music from vocal and instrumental soloists
to supplement our music ministry for
weddings, funerals, and special midweek
midday worship services during the
liturgical seasons of Lent and Advent.
Mr. Hopkins is an outstanding pianist
and composer of contemporary music. Johnny
composes much of the music used in the 5:30
Sunday evening Contemporary service as well
as directing the musicians at the 5:30
service and our quarterly contemporary
service on Sunday morning. back
