Trinity’s church staff administers the various programs
and congregational ministries.
Pastor Ron Heimsoth serves the congregation and community in various ways. He presides and preaches at the worship services of the congregation; teaches Adult Bible Class, Confirmation Class, the Bethel Series (intense adult Bible study), Inquirer’s Class for those interested in learning more about the Christian faith from a Lutheran perspective; and provides pastoral care for the congregation. Supervising Stephen Ministers and Lay Eucharistic Visitors, he ministers to Trinity members in a variety of special circumstances and living arrangements. On behalf of the congregation and the Northern TX-Northern LA Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA), he supervises a Lutheran Campus Ministry on the campus of Texas Christian University (TCU). He is active in community affairs, having served for three years as a member of the Board of Directors of Tarrant Area Community of Churches (TACC) and continues to serve that ecumenical organization in a development capacity. He maintains a membership in the Associated Businesses of the Cultural District (ABCD) in Fort Worth on behalf of the congregation. back
Paige Gasowski serves the congregation part-time as Youth Director. She is responsible for accompanying youth in their activities and in directing additional volunteers who assist in that capacity. She schedules youth activities for Middle School and High School students and coordinates their fund-raising activities, social activities, mission trips, and study opportunities outside of Sunday School. back
Diana Smith is the Director of Trinity Lutheran Children’s Center (TLCC). Trained as a parochial school teacher, she directs the program and staff involving children from six weeks of age through Kindergarten. She is assisted by an Administrative Assistant in this program of outreach into the community. 93% of the constituency of TLCC are not members of Trinity congregation, although most of them are members of various other congregations in the community. back
Mary Ann Long is the Administrative Assistant to the Pastor. She manages the Church Office and is the first point of contact for most people when they call on the phone and inquire about the ministry of the congregation. Her responsibilities include producing the weekly worship bulletin, assisted for the music portions by Dr. Furr; producing “Views,” the monthly newsletter of the congregation; as well as special projects like assisting in producing support materials for classes, programs for special fellowship events, etc. back
Veta Caldwell is the part-time Bookkeeper for Trinity. She processes the financial transactions, and monitors the various financial affairs of the congregation, including processing the payroll, accounts payable, and issues regular financial reports for the Treasurer and the congregation. back
