Directions

Trinity Lutheran Church is planted in the heart of the Fort Worth Cultural District.  We are located at 3621 Tulsa Way at the corner of Montgomery Street and Camp Bowie (across from McDonalds). Tulsa Way intersects Montgomery Street just one block south of Camp Bowie Blvd., approximately one mile north of West Freeway (or I-30) about 1 mile west of Downtown Fort Worth.           Yahoo Map   Google Map

Youth Activities

 

Youth Events are divided between YO! (6-12th Grade) and JAM (4-5th Grade) Events.  See the schedule below for details and come out for a fun and faith building time!!!

Nov. 20 - Bishop Kanouse will be preaching at Trinity.  It would be great to have full youth/parent attendance, as he will be discussing the plans/future for the DiscipleLife Alive initiative at Briarwood.

Sat. Nov. 26 - Decorating tree in Narthex and YO Room for Christmas.  Start at 10:00 AM.  Open to YO and JAM.  Bring $$ for lunch and one or two Christmas ornaments from home to hang on tree in YO Room

Dec. 3-4 - Advent Retreat at Briarwood.  Cost is $60.  Registration forms and $$ are due to me NO LATER than Sunday Nov. 27.  Open to grades 4-8.

Dec. 4 - FREE Brunch at Briarwood.  This is the quarterly brunch put on by Briarwood except this time, Briarwood is picking up the tab.  We will leave directly after the 10:30 service.  Would be great to have parents join us.

Wed. Dec. 7 - YO sponsored Soup Supper.  Will need YO parents/families/youth (Jaecks, Saadallah, Stegall, McCarthy, Plog, Martin, Honeywell, Mansfield/Sanders) to provide soups, bread, desserts as well as serve/clean-up.  Soup Supper is followed by Advent Service.

Sun. Dec. 11 - Practice for Christmas program directly after 10:30 AM service.  YO will then leave to go shopping for Angel Tree gifts.  JAM will be staying at the church to decorate and fill baby food jars for Christmas caroling recipients.  Both groups need to bring $$ for lunch.  I will need parents help for this event.  I will need at least 1 additional driver to help with YO and 1 parent to help with JAM.

Wed. Dec. 14 - JAM sponsored Soup Supper.  Will need JAM parents/families/youth (Stegall, Martin, Tipping, Johnson)  to provide soups, bread, desserts as well as serve/clean-up.  Soup Supper is followed by Advent Service.

Sun. Dec. 18 - Christmas Program during 10:30 service.  Christmas caroling to follow directly after 10:30 service.  This is open to ALL youth and families.  Will need help from parents with driving.  We will also be delivering the Angel Tree gifts after caroling.  Everyone needs to bring $$ for lunch.

Wed. Dec. 21 - ALL YOUTH sponsored Soup Supper.  Will need YO & JAM parents/families/youth to provide soups, bread, desserts as well as serve/clean-up.  Soup Supper is followed by Advent Service.

Dec. 24 - Christmas Eve Service at 5:00 PM and 7:30 PM.

Dec. 25 - Christmas Day Service at 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM
